  • Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including nights, weekends, and holidays. For emergencies, call or text us at 231-357-4589.

  • Yes. We work with all major insurance carriers and document everything to industry (IICRC) standards so your claim is supported from day one. We can communicate directly with your adjuster and help manage the scope and supplement process.

  • Yes. We handle water mitigation and full reconstruction, so you don't have to find a separate contractor once the drying is done. One company, one point of contact, start to finish.

  • Response time depends on location, but we prioritize emergency calls and aim to be on site as quickly as possible. We are located just east of Grayling, and can get to much of Northern Michigan within an hour or two.

  • No. Redhawk Restoration is a fully independent, locally owned company. When you call us, you're talking to the people who will actually do the work.

  • We serve much of Northern Michigan, including Grayling, Mio, Roscommon, and Kalkaska. We try to stay within an hour or so of the Grayling area to provide the highest level of service.

  • Redhawk retains certification from the IICRC (industry standards for drying), as well as for insurance-specific software (Xactimate). We also hold a Michigan builder’s license.
